INDRA Space in Madrid is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the full contractual lifecycle of complex space programmes in an international, hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

The role demands a Law degree and at least 4 years in contract management within defence/space sectors, with strong knowledge of processes and risk.

Formación

  • Law degree is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management in an international environment or similar role.
  • Proven experience in complex programmes within industrial, defence, space, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of contractual processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international environments.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full contractual lifecycle of complex space programmes, ensuring alignment between execution and contractual terms.
  • Support the Legal team in contract analysis, identifying obligations, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
  • Ensure contractual traceability across programme planning, subcontracting, and execution.
  • Monitor contractual status and detect deviations early, proposing mitigation actions.
  • Provide contractual support for tenders and business opportunities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procurement frameworks.
  • Support Programme Managers in negotiations, contract drafting, and decision-making from a contractual and risk perspective.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement) and international partners.
  • Manage contract amendments, scope changes, extensions, and pricing and schedule adjustments.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage contractual risks, including delays, dependencies, and claims.
  • Support preparation and management of claims and negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, as well as regulatory aspects such as export control or cybersecurity.
  • Maintain contractual documentation and capture lessons learned across programmes.

What will you do?
