Jobrapido in Barcelona area is seeking an Operations Improvement Specialist to boost throughput and efficiency. You’ll apply Lean/Kaizen methods, support digitalization, and help standardize workflows across departments while working on-site with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics or manufacturing, strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Occasional nights or weekends may be required.

• Support planning, management and optimization of resources to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Assist in continuous improvement, strategic and commercial projects for customers.
• Contribute to Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
• Assist digitalization efforts and data flow improvements to reduce manual processes.
• Prepare operational reports for internal management and client performance reviews.
• Analyze SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Participate in daily and weekly Operations meetings.
• Map warehouse activities and labour processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Refine and document operational workflows for standardization.

In this role, you will work with Operations to boost throughput and efficiency through practical process improvements. You’ll support continuous improvement projects, map and refine workflows, and help standardize improvements across departments. You’ll apply Lean and Kaizen methods, advance digitalization and data flow, and contribute to WMS/ERP enhancements. This on-site, fast-paced position offers close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable operations gains.

• €35,000 gross annual salary

• Standard hours 9:00-18:00
• Occasional night shift or weekend visibility depending on needs

• Support continuous improvement of WMS/ERP systems by identifying gaps and coordinating with stakeholders
