Molins is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Global Business Services. You will drive operational excellence by identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives across the group.

You will promote a data-driven culture, monitor KPIs, and work cross-functionally to deliver value and efficiency. You will contribute to developing a scalable GBS model, collaborating with multiple departments and ensuring sustainable

• Ability to design and monitor KPIs and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and redesign end-to-end processes, documenting current and future states while identifying bottlenecks, rework, and risks.
• Design procedures, workflows, RACI responsibility matrices, controls, and operational standards aligned with the GBS model.
• Structure and monitor improvement initiatives, including scope, milestones, stakeholders, risks, benefits, and action plans.
• Identify and prioritize automation, analytics, and systems improvement opportunities, translating business needs into functional requirements and coordinating testing and implementation activities.
• Participate as a functional support resource in corporate and integration projects, contributing to back-office standardization and improvement.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards, analyzing deviations and driving corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving methodologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cemolins Servicios Compartidos, S.L. was established in 2014 with the mission of providing back-office services to the Group's companies by centralizing processes, consolidating knowledge, and creating synergies across different business areas. Through specialization, expertise, and experience, we standardize, improve, streamline, and optimize human, technological, and physical resources to deliver the highest quality service with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, your mission will be to drive operational excellence through the identification, design, and implementation of process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives. You will contribute to the development of a more efficient, scalable, and customer-focused Global Business Services (GBS) model.

You will be responsible for promoting a data-driven continuous improvement culture by defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing deviations, identifying optimization opportunities, and leading action plans that ensure the achievement of service, quality, productivity, and efficiency objectives. You will work cross-functionally with different departments to drive transformation, ensure sustainable performance improvements, and create value for the business.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Among other responsibilities, the following stand out:

• Participate as a functional support resource in corporate and integration projects, contributing to the standardization and improvement of back-office processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards, analyzing deviations and driving corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving methodologies and techniques.
