Preply is seeking a detail-driven Content Specialist to join our inbound marketing team in Spain. You’ll manage content operations, collaborate across teams, and drive scalable editorial workflows to boost SEO and brand impact.

You’ll partner with SEO/LLM specialists to optimize for AI search visibility and lead experimentation to improve performance. You’ll need 4+ years in content operations or editorial management, strong project management, and fluency with AI tools and platforms like AirOps

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in content operations, SEO content management, or leading editorial workflows.
• Strong project management skills, juggling multiple tasks and coordinating freelance/remote teams.
• Understanding of how content should be built, linked, and scaled to drive growth in AI-driven search.
• Fluency with AI tools; comfortable using AirOps and WordPress to run operations smoothly.
• Strong communicator and team player, aligning and guiding teams toward goals.
• Content should drive real business impact and align with company objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage content production: onboard and support contributors and ensure quality standards.
• Improve workflows in content tools and task management for scale.
• Maintain content structure (hubs, interlinking, tags) to boost SEO and user experience.
• Collaborate with social, brand, and design teams to enrich content with multimedia assets.
• Work with SEO/LLM teams to optimize content for AI search visibility and impact.
• Track content performance and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
