Preply Inc. in Barcelona is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to own end-to-end production of YouTube content with tutors and learners, guiding concepts, scripts and final edits.

You will shape Preply’s YouTube strategy, lead video production across formats, and collaborate with Social, B2B, Influencer and Brand teams. Proactive, senior-level coordination is required, with English fluency and Spanish a plus.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in video content production.
• Proven scriptwriting skills.
• Hands-on production experience directing non-professional talent.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to own a production pipeline end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube formats, trends and organic performance.
• Collaborative, proactive working style across multiple teams.
• Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Owning end-to-end production of YouTube content featuring tutors and learners—from concept to final delivery.
• Define and optimize content strategy for Preply’s YouTube channel.
• Lead B2B and Tutor video production to engage companies and the tutor community.
• Manage the YouTube content calendar with the Social Media Manager, ensuring timely delivery.
• Source and brief tutors and learners for camera-friendly roles, building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Influencer Manager on the nano-influencer program with authentic tutor-led content.
• Collect benchmarks, run inspiration sessions and keep the team aligned with YouTube trends.
