Job summary

Preply is hiring a Digital PR Growth Manager in Barcelona hybrid role to own strategy and operations that boost visibility in European markets. You will run DPR campaigns, manage reputation, and optimize authority across Google Search and LLMs.

You will collaborate with Content, SEO, Brand, and Product to adapt global assets for local markets, ensuring measurable search and visibility outcomes. International market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital PR, earned media, or online reputation with a track record of building brand authority that translates to measurable search or visibility impact.
• Experience owning or contributing to multi‑market strategies and adapting a playbook for markets with limited structure.
• Solid understanding of how earned coverage, link acquisition, and reputation signals feed into Google Search rankings and LLMs.
• Proven ability to manage agency relationships and budgets with rigor, defining scope and tracking delivery.
• Collaborative by default and able to align cross‑functional teams around joined‑up campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable improvements in Preply's visibility in Google Search and LLM‑driven discovery across DE, PL, and IT.
• Own end‑to‑end Digital PR & Reputation playbook and operations: adapt global playbook to local market realities.
• Design and run data‑driven DPR campaigns and link magnet initiatives to build domain authority.
• Manage online reputation across key platforms in European markets, monitoring signals and coordinating responses.
• Lead agency relationships and manage market budgets with a performance mindset and clear KPIs.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Brand, and Product teams to localize assets for campaigns.
• Track market shifts, algorithm changes, and recalibrate tactics to protect authority position.
• Document learnings and raise the standard for Digital PR in European territories.
