Bending Spoons seeks a talented, driven individual to join our Madrid team. You will own campaigns end-to-end, create high-performing content with AI tools, and coordinate across creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and impactful results.

You will monitor social media trends, adapt strategies, and manage advertising partnerships while upholding high standards and collaboration. This role offers hybrid work with opportunities across our European offices.

Formación

• Must be able to solve complex problems from first principles and structure ideas clearly.
• Driven, ambitious, with initiative and responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to support the best idea.
• Proficient in English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign management end-to-end—from hypothesis to launch to iteration.
• Content creation using AI tools and coordinating creators with tailored briefs.
• Cross-functional coordination between creative, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Trend monitoring of social media, competitors and new practices.
• Management of advertising partnerships and ensuring high-quality delivery.
