Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. in Barcelona is seeking a Consumer Sales Representative who is native Swedish and fluent in English to join a hybrid team. You will drive sales, engage with customers, and manage the sales pipeline while leveraging CRM tools to optimize performance.

The role offers full training, a 39-hour workweek, and opportunities for career development. Competitive salary (€20,000/year) plus a bonus of up to €3,000 and a great Barcelona office.

Qualifikationen

• Native Swedish and Advanced level of English.

• Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).

Aufgaben

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Articulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customers
• Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
• Fast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, procucts or additional services
• Handle and close inbound customer querries to achieve quarterly quota
• Outbound activties when necessary to recover orders or convert quotes or execute targeted campaigns.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
• Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
• Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
• Maximize Store revenue by upselling/cross-selling to increase order value and AOV
• Awareness of Online Store promotions and campaigns to maximize their success
• Ensuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio is maintained
• Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM
