Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to degree standard, preferably in a business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG or Consumer Health.
• Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store activities to meet customer needs and sales targets.
• Sell the change to customers and manage POS activation.
• Ensure correct POS segmentation and optimal route-to-market.
• Develop long-term partnerships with customers and drive joint value at POS.
• Deliver activation planning objectives (coverage, frequency, visit steps).
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of Bayer products, competitors, and key features.
