Job summary

WLG in Torrejon de Ardoz, just outside Madrid, is seeking an on-site Configuration and Asset Manager to own the site’s records. You would build the configuration database and keep it accurate as changes happen.

• Hands-on asset and configuration management in a service environment (ITIL).
• Fluent/Professional English required.
• Experience handling licences and software licensing.

Responsibilities

• Build the configuration database and keep it accurate as changes occur.
• Draw and revise network diagrams and rack layouts in Visio.
• Manage the mobile estate: lines, handsets, ownership and dormancy.
• Act as licence manager: owned, deployed, and due items.
• Keep wider documentation current so engineers can rely on it.
