Wlgroup seeks a hands-on Configuration and Asset Manager for a multinational defence communications site in Torrejon de Ardoz, near Madrid. You will own the configuration database, keep diagrams and licensing accurate, and maintain the site’s documentation.

The role is on-site and full-time, starting early November. Requirements include ITIL-style asset management, expert Visio usage for IT drawings, licensing experience, and professional English.

Formación

• Hands-on asset and configuration management in a service environment (ITIL).
• Fluency in Visio for IT drawings and rack layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the configuration database for the site.
• Draw and revise network diagrams and rack layouts in Visio.
• Manage the mobile estate: lines, handsets, and dormant devices.
• Act as licence manager: owned vs deployed vs due.
• Keep the wider documentation set current for engineers.
