Wincent is seeking a hands-on Compliance and Legal Operations professional to run onboarding, track multiple parallel workstreams, and ensure alignment across Compliance, other internal departments, and external counterparties.

You will execute end-to-end processes, improve workflows, and fix issues as they arise. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Must-have: 2+ years in operations, project management, consulting, finance or similar roles; or as a senior legal secretary/executive assistant in a high-performance setting.
• Experience managing projects or coordinating complex workflows across functions.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Compliance triage: monitor channels, assist onboarding, track status, allocate daily tasks.
• Project management: manage timelines, track deliverables, ensure on-schedule completion.
• Process and counterparty experience improvement: identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows.
• Research & analysis: gather data and prepare concise summaries for CLO and senior stakeholders.
• Meeting coordination: prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, record minutes, track follow-ups.
