Backroads is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to support field staff across Spain and Portugal during the season, based in Mallorca or other approved locations. The Regional LDL acts as the LD point of contact, collaborating with RD, RLs, and FLOs to identify regional needs and sustain staff performance and satisfaction.

You will mentor a team of 15–20 Leaders, lead regional meetings, coordinate onboarding, certifications, and field visits (2–3 per season), and support programs like GRAF

Formación

• Experience leading trips and mentoring field staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Natural leader with ability to motivate others and give feedback effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the regional LD point of contact and provide support & leadership to Leaders & TPSs on guest, performance, leadership, teamwork, and development topics.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to focus on morale, performance and operations.
• Onboard new Leaders & TPSs to the region and oversee regional certifications and visits.
• Lead regional meetings and mentor a team of 15-20 Leaders; conduct coaching and development sessions.
• Manage regional coverage plans and participate in monthly scheduling reviews.
