Findasense is seeking a Social Media Coordinator in Spain to coordinate and manage direct communication across digital channels with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. The role includes managing social networks, publishing content plans, responding to comments, and producing monthly reports.

You will participate in team meetings, create content, and research trends to enhance brand content. Hybrid work, travel available, and competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Social networks management with up-to-date knowledge.
• Experience providing customer support across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience handling customer inquiries and support tickets.
• Familiarity with Zendesk for ticket management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its integration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the monthly calendar for the client’s social networks.
• Publish the monthly content plan and respond to comments and queries.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to reports and content creation.
• Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on social media performance.
• Research new trends in social media to inform content for brands.
