You bring experience in strategy consulting or high-growth environments, strong financial analysis, stakeholder management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a demanding environment such as strategy consulting or high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to prepare and present business and financial analyses at management level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take responsibility and drive solutions.
• Track record in stakeholder management and influencing without formal authority.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial side of the eye centers and ensure Sanoptis standards.
• Observe operations on-site and identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Own operating results, monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Define performance targets and foster a high-performance culture.
• Shape regional strategy and drive growth with marketing collaboration.
