Job summary

Sanoptis AG seeks a Commercial Director for Bilbao (m/f/d) to oversee ophthalmology centers in Bilbao and Oviedo. You will manage commercial activities, drive patient volumes, and align regional plans with company targets in a fast-paced healthcare network.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with finance and marketing, and shape regional strategies to expand Sanoptis presence in Spain while maintaining Sanoptis standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g. strategy consulting or a comparable high-growth company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial side of eye centers and ensure Sanoptis standards are upheld across sites.
• Observe live operations and document inefficiencies in processes.
• Own operating results and budgets, monitor KPIs and collaborate with finance for forecasts and cost control.
• Define performance targets and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Shape regional strategy in collaboration with physicians and specialists.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and partnering with marketing to expand market share.
