Unknown Banking Institution in Mallorca seeks a Bank Branch Commercial Advisor to join the Sa Pobla office on a full-time basis. You will handle daily branch operations, deliver professional customer service, process cash desk tasks, and tailor financial and insurance solutions for clients.

Requirements include a completed first-cycle degree, at least 12 months in banking or insurance, fluent Catalan (B2), and a valid B license. English is an asset.

• Fluent Catalan at B2 level or equivalent certification.
• Valid category B driving licence.

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in daily branch operations, delivering professional customer service, handling transactional cash desk tasks, and offering tailored financial and insurance solutions to clients.

In your day-to-day work, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing client relationships and providing direct customer assistance in the branch
• Performing bank teller operations and processing bill payments or receipts
• Advising and selling asset products such as loans and credit facilities
• Offering liability products including investment funds and managed portfolios
• Providing personalized advice and commercializing all types of insurance products

To be considered for this opportunity, you should bring the following profile:

• Completed first-cycle university education (degree level)
• At least 12 months of proven experience in the banking or insurance sector
• Fluent Catalan at B2 level or equivalent certification
• Valid category B driving licence
• Knowledge of English is considered an asset

What is on offer for this position:

• A 12-month temporary full-time contract with potential renewal
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:30
• Fixed gross annual salary of 20,000 EUR
• Additional monthly variable remuneration based on achieved targets
• Starting date planned for April 2026
