Assesoria / Asesoría in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking an Accounting Technician for a permanent, full-time role. You will manage daily accounting for corporate and individual clients, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare tax filings using A3 ECO.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in business/ ADE, have at least 12 months of accounting experience, and strong skills in Word/Excel; Catalan at least B1 is required.

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a stable opportunity in Palma? A well-established consultancy firm (asesoría) in Palma, Mallorca, is currently seeking a motivated Accounting Technician to join their team on a permanent, full-time contract.

In this role, you will handle key accounting and tax responsibilities for a varied client portfolio. You will work in an advisory environment where accuracy, structured working methods, and solid software knowledge are central to daily operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day general accounting tasks for corporate and individual clients
• Performing regular bank reconciliations and financial verification
• Preparing and presenting official tax filings and returns within legal deadlines
• Working with the A3 ECO accounting management program
• Handling routine financial documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel

What you bring to the role:

• A completed university degree (Bachelor's or second-cycle degree in Business Administration and Management / ADE or an equivalent field)
• At least 12 months of relevant professional experience in accounting or consultancy roles
• Proven practical proficiency with the A3 ECO software suite
• Good digital skills with Microsoft Office tools (specifically Word and Excel)
• Catalan language proficiency at a minimum level of B1

What the position offers:

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with long-term stability in Palma
• An annual gross salary of 25,966.07 EUR paid across 12 monthly payments
• Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00, with remaining hours to complete the 40-hour weekly schedule organized in a flexible hour pool for quarterly tax peak periods
• Scheduled start date: September 21, 2026
