Azienda Anonima in Madrid is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to deliver high-quality service by meeting customer needs and sharing the brand’s philosophy and heritage.

You will advise on fashion trends, support selling ceremonies, maintain product displays, and develop CRM/clienteling strategies while collaborating with the team to achieve store goals. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury goods.
• Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail.
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results with strong commercial awareness.
• Comfortable in client facing activities and clienteling.
• Ability to adapt to different customers and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Understanding of Retail KPIs and digital capabilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic store environment.

For our Boutique in Madrid, we are looking for a Client Advisor available to work part time32hrs per week She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the busi ness
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM and Clienteling strategies
• Build strong team collaborations
• Contribute to maintain the visual display of the products in accordance with visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Be confident with cashier procedures and after sales management
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with the Company's standards and policies
