Job summary

Antai Ventures is building a B2B SaaS company in compliance, developing an AI copilot to accelerate AML/KYC reviews for banks, payment institutions and fintechs. As CEO & Co-Founder, you’ll own vision, strategy and P&L from day zero, and partner with Antai to launch and scale the venture.

You’ll lead customer discovery with compliance leaders, build a scalable GTM, recruit a stellar founding team, and drive ARR growth while navigating a regulated buyer environment.

Qualifications

• Proven 0→1 experience operating a digital business or leading a venture from inception.
• 5+ years of professional experience with increasing operational leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to close B2B opportunities.
• Experience in regulated financial services, compliance, or regtech preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's vision, strategy and P&L from day zero.
• Drive customer discovery with compliance leaders to sharpen product-market fit.
• Build a repeatable go-to-market to land lighthouse customers and grow ARR.
• Recruit and lead a founding team in partnership with Antai.
• Navigate regulated buyers and build trust with compliance and audit stakeholders.
• Lead fundraising efforts for the next funding round.
• Set the company culture, cadence and operating rhythm.
