Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Product Manager for KYCB to shape identity verification, fraud and sanctions rules across Europe. You will own how customers are verified from sign-up to periodic reviews, guided by the Director of Product for Customer Lifecycle.

You will design AI-driven decisioning, streamline onboarding, and partner with Ops to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for a growing customer base. English fluency is required, and impact spans global markets.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products in KYC, AML, fraud, or similar regulated domains.
• Ability to translate regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows.
• Proven collaboration with operations and design teams.
• Experience designing AI-driven, agentic workflows.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own entry-into-relationship checks across countries and business types.
• Design AI-driven, agentic compliance workflows end-to-end.
• Rethink periodic reviews to balance risk and friction.
• Modernize onboarding stack by migrating to a new workflow platform.
• Partner daily with Ops to shape the daily work of a global team.
