Job summary

Join seeks an Engineering Manager / Delivery Lead in Barcelona to own end‑to‑end delivery for Agentic AI solutions within AI & Technology Solutions. You will lead internal teams and external vendors, ensuring production‑readiness, compliance, and high‑quality outcomes from PoC to production.

You will partner with product managers, architects, QA, and program management to align delivery with regulatory and governance standards, providing clear direction and mentorship to a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering delivery roles with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Experience delivering Agentic AI or data‑intensive platforms with production readiness.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments with lifecycle controls.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for Agentic AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Translate scope and architecture into delivery plans, sprint cadence, milestones.
• Drive day‑to‑day engineering delivery, dependency management and blockers.
• Ensure delivery readiness across CI/CD, quality gates, validation, release governance.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors as a single delivery unit.
• Provide transparent reporting, surface risks, and escalate issues.
• Support release and rollout from pilot to scale and handover to operations.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team and manage performance.
