Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an ITSM Operation and Service Specialist to manage CMDB data within ServiceNow and ensure ITIL-aligned ITSM processes. The role focuses on CMDB maintenance, data quality, PSL support, and scenario-based consumption of CMDB data.

Hybrid work arrangement in Spain with opportunities to collaborate across PSLs, drive data integrity, and implement ITIL best practices in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Formación

• Active ITIL Certification (ITIL Foundation V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation minimum).
• Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and how CMDB interacts with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with focus on products/services data objects.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management modules.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to translate technical data concepts to IT teams and PSLs.

Responsabilidades

• CMDB Maintenance (RUN Tasks): maintain, update, and audit CMDB data content ensuring high accuracy of CIs and relationships.
• Data Quality Improvement: collaborate with IT teams to resolve CI conflicts and improve CMDB data quality.
• PSL Technical Support: act as primary technical contact for PSLs managing CMDB data within ServiceNow.
• Scenario Building & Consumption: design workflows to help PSLs consume CMDB data for incident/problem/change/lifecycle management.
• Process Adherence: ensure asset/configuration management aligns with ITIL best practices and ITSM standards.
