Airbus Helicopters España, SA in Albacete invites applications for an ITSM Operation and Service Specialist as part of the Digital Campus, an initiative focused on industrial digitalization and innovation. You will maintain CMDB, improve data quality, and support PSLs with ServiceNow guidance.

Ideal candidates have ITIL certification, strong ITSM process knowledge, and hands-on ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management experience, plus excellent communication to explain technical concepts across IT teams

Formación

• ITIL Foundation v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and their interaction with Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management modules.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and data discrepancy troubleshooting.
• Clear communication capable of translating technical concepts to PSLs and IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• CMDB Maintenance (RUN Tasks): Maintain, update, and audit CMDB data with high accuracy.
• Data Quality Improvement: Identify discrepancies and collaborate with IT teams to improve CMDB quality.
• PSL Technical Support: Provide hands‑on ServiceNow guidance to Product Service Lines (PSLs).
• Scenario Building & Consumption: Design practical CMDB scenarios/workflows for incident, problem, change and lifecycle management.
• Process Adherence: Align activities with ITIL practices and internal ITSM standards.

Responsibilities

• CMDB Maintenance (RUN Tasks): Execute daily operational tasks to maintain, update, and audit CMDB data, ensuring high accuracy of configuration items and their relationships.
• Data Quality Improvement: Collaborate with IT teams to identify data discrepancies, resolve conflicts, and continuously enhance CMDB quality.
• PSL Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product Service Lines, providing hands‑on support and guidance in ServiceNow.
• Scenario Building & Consumption: Assist PSLs in designing practical scenarios and workflows to efficiently consume CMDB content for incident, problem, change, and lifecycle management.
• Process Adherence: Ensure all activities align with internal governance, ITIL best practices, and organizational ITSM standards.

Required Skills

• Active ITIL Certification (ITIL Foundation V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation minimum).
• Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management processes and their interaction with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) focused on products and services objects.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management modules.
• Strong analytical skills: attention to detail, trend analysis, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical data concepts to various IT teams and PSLs.

Optional Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery or Service Mapping.
• Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments working with Product Service Lines.
