Pluxee is seeking a Global Director of Infrastructure & Platforms to shape and execute a cloud-first strategy across regions. You will lead Infrastructure DevOps, Cloud Delivery and Regional Teams, driving standardized, scalable multi-cloud platforms through IaC, automation and DevSecOps.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and regional IT teams to ensure platform governance, reliability, and cost optimization while delivering global digital services.

Formación

• Extensive track record leading IT infrastructure and cloud transformation programs.
• Expertise in multi-cloud environments, preferably Azure, with strong networking knowledge.
• Proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD and IaC tooling and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global infrastructure and platforms strategy aligned with the Target Operating Model.
• Lead transformation of legacy infrastructures to standardized multi-cloud platforms and automation.
• Manage global teams across Infrastructure DevOps, Cloud Delivery and Regional Infrastructure Managers.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, governance and cost optimization (FinOps).
• Enforce ITIL/Agile processes and oversee vendor governance and strategic partnerships.
• Drive security integration with Cybersecurity and promote DevSecOps practices.
