Job summary

Plenit is seeking a Product Lead for IT Management to steer one of its most strategic initiatives: helping MSPs manage technology at scale, automate operations, and expand service offerings through the Plenit Marketplace.

You will own business context, market direction, stakeholder relationships, and commercial outcomes, reporting to the CEO. You will drive product strategy beyond traditional PM roles with a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Strategy or Leadership in SaaS.
• Experience owning product strategy and pricing.
• Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Sales, Marketing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to navigate CEO-level discussions and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own IT Management product strategy and marketplace direction.
• Translate revenue objectives into product priorities, monetization, and GTM.
• Develop deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem and competitive landscape.
• Define KPIs and drive adoption, monetization, and revenue growth.
