Unit4 is a Cloud ERP company seeking to strengthen relationships with mid-market customers in a Voice of the Customer role. You will advocate for customer insights, drive retention and expansion, and help customers realize ongoing value from their Unit4 investments.

The role emphasizes strategic engagement with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals are met and value is delivered across the platform.

Formación

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills; fluent in English.
• Experience in customer-facing roles focused on driving value and outcomes.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%? (not specified in text, interpret as possible)

Responsabilidades

• Be the voice of the customer (VoC) and advocate for customer needs.
• Help customers achieve business outcomes and maximize Unit4 value.
• Drive product adoption and maturity through guided engagements.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with qualified leads in collaboration with Sales.
• Serve as primary Customer Success contact to manage risk and retention.
• Develop and maintain success plans aligned with customer objectives and milestones.
• Lead executive reviews and strategic conversations with C‑level stakeholders.
• Communicate customer goals and value drivers across Product, R&D, Support and Sales.
