START Center for Cancer Research (START) is the world’s largest network of Phase I clinical trial centers dedicated to oncology research. We are seeking a Clinical Business Operations Manager to ensure accurate documentation, reconciliation, and revenue capture across clinical trials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in Clinical Research Operations, Clinical Research Finance, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, or related areas.
• Experience with CTMS, preferably OnCore.
• Proven ability to reconcile data across multiple systems and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Experience in regulated healthcare or clinical research environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation of clinical research data across CTMS and related systems.
• Serve as primary resource for sponsor and CRO billing inquiries, disputes, and revenue investigations.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Research Nursing, Pharmacy, Regulatory, Finance, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Investigate and resolve operational, clinical, and financial discrepancies to minimize revenue leakage.
• Monitor invoicing, payments, aging, and revenue performance; identify risks and escalation needs.
• Develop and track KPIs related to data quality, billing accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead reconciliation, audit, and process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Provide operational insights and reporting to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders, sponsors, and CROs for alignment and issue resolution.
