The START Center for Cancer Research seeks a Clinical Business Operations Manager to bridge Clinical Operations and Finance, ensuring accurate documentation, billing, and revenue capture for oncology trials. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 3+ years in Clinical Research Operations or related areas.
• Experience with CTMS; OnCore preferred; strong data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation of clinical research data across systems.
• Serve as primary resource for sponsor and CRO billing inquiries and disputes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Finance teams on billing and revenue capture.
• Investigate discrepancies to minimize revenue leakage and ensure compliance.
• Monitor invoicing, aging, and revenue performance; escalate risks as needed.
• Develop KPIs for data quality and billing accuracy; drive improvements.
• Lead reconciliation, audits, and process improvements across teams.
• Provide reporting to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Act as liaison between sponsors, CROs, and internal stakeholders.
