You will engage with clients to discuss project details, screen and coach candidates, and contribute to strategic talent acquisitions. A strong emphasis on relationship building and market knowledge drives our approach.

Responsabilités

• Conducts research to identify potential clients and follows up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
• Sources candidates through advertising roles, searching and networking with talents in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Performs candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align with client requirements for operational and contingent workers.
• Participates in client meetings to discuss project details and search strategy.
• Provides interview preparation and coaching to candidates for operational roles.
