Job summary

Randstad Spain is seeking talented recruitment professionals to manage communication with candidates, keep them informed at each stage, and meet weekly activity targets in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality and retail sectors.

You will research market trends, draft materials for client pitches, and ensure contract compliance while delivering regular recruitment progress reports to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Researches industry trends and delivers insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients' growth and competitive edge.
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities; processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
• Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
