Job summary

Randstad Spain is seeking a recruitment professional to join the Operational Talent Solutions team. The role involves maintaining regular candidate communications and building a robust pipeline across logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors.

You will research industry trends, assist with client pitches, and manage contracts and documentation for compliance within industrial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
