Job summary

Atomic One is seeking a Client Operations Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end in a fast-growing e-commerce automation context. You will drive performance, build scalable processes, and partner with brand managers, VA and PPC specialists, and AI agents.

You will analyze performance data, form independent views, and implement improvements directly in Seller Central and in dashboards and spreadsheets, ensuring measurable client growth and repeatable success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in management consulting or strategy, or hands-on Amazon/marketplace experience with an MBA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and performance data.
• High ownership mentality with proactive follow-through and independence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; professional level.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze performance data to form an independent view and drive results.
• Execute directly in Seller Central, dashboards, and spreadsheets to improve client performance.
• Help standardize workflows, identify risks and opportunities, and optimize growth for each brand.
