Leyton is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a Barcelona-area team building automation for professional services. You will go on-site with clients, observe real-time workflows, and shape a practical automation strategy from the ground up.

You will draft the functional architecture, build Proofs-of-Concept in short cycles, and demonstrate value to stakeholders. Travel to client sites is a core part of the role as projects unfold across regions.

Formación

• Willingness to travel to client sites globally as needed.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate to solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Visit clients in person to observe how work is actually done.
• Analyze real processes and identify pain points and costs today.
• Draft functional architecture and select where automation adds value.
• Lead end-to-end build of proofs-of-concept in short cycles.
• Present prototypes to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Assess whether the project delivers measurable benefits.
