ANYbotics is seeking a Field Engineer to lead deployment projects across multiple sites and ensure seamless integration into customer workflows. You will represent the company on the ground, manage schedules, coordinate field teams, and deliver measurable value.

The role requires strong communication, change management, and willingness to travel up to 60% internationally. Based in Spain with Barcelona preferred, this not a remote position and offers the opportunity to influence robotics

Formación

• Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within robotics or industrial automation.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% internationally.
• Ability to translate field insights into product feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-site deployment projects, from onboarding to operational autonomy.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption.
• Coordinate field operations and allocate resources to keep momentum.
• Advise customers and align roadmaps with their needs.
• Lead training and enablement for diverse audiences.
• Capture field insights to inform product and R&D.
