Formación

• Engineering degree in robotics or related field is required.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles within robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work across international sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Deployment Projects: Lead complex, multi-site customer projects from onboarding through operational autonomy, ensuring value delivery.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Be primary contact for customer leadership and operations, driving user adoption.
• Field Operations Leadership: Coordinate field technicians and internal specialists, set priorities, allocate resources, resolve on-site hurdles.
• Trusted Advisory: Consult with global industrial clients to align robotics solutions with their workflows.
• Value Realization & Training: Lead training sessions to maximize system utilization with diverse audiences.
• Strategic Feedback Loop: Translate field insights into actionable product/roadmap requirements.
