Pensero Inc. is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge technical delivery and client needs in a hybrid setup based in Barcelona or NYC. You’ll deploy end-to-end solutions, read customer realities, and tailor integrations using Python/Django and AI tools.

You’ll spend 30–40% on-site with mid-market customers, influence product direction, and shape scalable onboarding playbooks. The role blends engineering with consulting for enterprise deployments, reporting to a co-founder.

Formación

• 3–5 years of engineering experience, ideally close to customers.
• Ability to read customer reality and translate it into deployment plans.
• Fluent in Python and comfortable with Django.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks.
• Comfortable working across environments and balancing code with customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer deployments end-to-end from kickoff to insight.
• Read customer tools, workflows and teams to tailor Pensero deployments.
• Build bespoke integrations when off-the-shelf options don’t fit.
• Spend 30–40% on-site with customers to observe real-world usage.
• Provide feedback to product to reduce customization over time.
• Define scalable onboarding playbooks for future customers.
