Wave Group is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, implement, and deploy AI-powered workflows directly into client environments. You will own architecture to production, building Python-based backends (FastAPI) and APIs, while integrating AI systems and managing scalable microservices.

The role requires collaboration with clients, product teams, and enterprise deployments in a hybrid setup in Spain.

Formación

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with Python preferred.
• Experience building and operating production AI-enabled systems.
• Comfort with APIs, data modeling, and microservices architectures.
• Experience integrating third-party systems or working directly with clients.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or similar) and ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design backend architectures in Python (FastAPI-heavy stack).
• Integrate AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, structured outputs).
• Build APIs and microservices for client-specific workflows.
• Deploy containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes) and ensure reliability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
