Flyboard.ai is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer in Barcelona to bridge customers, Delivery, and Core Platform teams. You will write production Python, implement integrations, and configure AI voice agents for real-world deployments.

You will translate customer needs into platform improvements, ensure reliability in production, and collaborate across engineering and customer teams.

Formación

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI or backend engineering.
• Strong Python and backend engineering skills.
• Experience building, deploying, and operating production software.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, databases and cloud infra.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate requirements to technical implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical components of customer deployments from design to production.
• Collaborate with customer tech teams to clarify requirements and integration points.
• Write clean Python code for customer implementations and reusable platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Configure and improve AI voice agents and their workflows.
• Contribute to platform by turning recurring needs into scalable capabilities.
• Ensure deployments are tested, monitored, and reliable in production.
