Alvarez & Marsal in Madrid hosts the AI Lab, delivering production-grade AI agents and automations within client environments. You will build solutions on SAP Joule/BTP, Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, or bespoke Python, traveling to client sites several days per week during engagements.

Join a fast-paced, client-facing team focused on turning advisory insights into production deployments with rigorous tests, documentation, and knowledge sharing across projects.

Formación

• Several years building and shipping software or data products in production.
• Strong Python; comfortable with APIs, data pipelines and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with LLM-based systems: prompts, retrieval, tool calls, agents.
• Version control, testing and CI/CD in production environments.
• Ability to discuss trade-offs with business stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Spanish advantageous; travel within Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Build production-grade AI solutions (agents, automations, integrations) for client environments.
• Work on-site with client teams to understand processes before automating and handover.
• Move from PoC to robust deployments with tests, logging and docs.
• Implement on client platforms: SAP Joule/BTP, Salesforce Agentforce, Copilot/Power Platform, or Python.
• Translate business cases into technical designs; communicate constraints clearly.
• Create templates and enablement to reduce client dependency.
• Contribute assets to the AI Lab library for future engagements.
