Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a senior AI solutions architect to lead a small embedded team of engineers in Madrid. You will own the architecture for AI engagements, ensure secure, scalable delivery, and work with client executives to translate business needs into production-ready solutions.

This hands-on role requires deep experience in enterprise AI platforms, Python/LLM skills, and the ability to shape scoping, manage risk, and contribute to reusable architectures.

Formación

• Multiple years in software, data, or AI engineering with live-scale systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of architectures from idea to production.
• Strong English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the solution architecture for AI engagements and post-handover operation.
• Lead a small embedded squad of engineers with focus on quality.
• Shape scoping and sizing with client teams before engagements.
• Be the senior technical voice with client executives.
• Contribute hands-on to the codebase and architecture.
• Own non-functional requirements: security, data protection, and EU AI Act.
• Coach engineers through pairing, reviews, and training.
• Create reusable architectures and guardrail patterns for the AI marketplace.
