Aily Labs, a B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered decision intelligence app, is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to join the Agent Pillar in a hybrid setup (Madrid, Barcelona or Munich).

You will own complex features, ground agents in structured data, coordinate multi-agent workflows, and mentor teammates while delivering production-grade Python solutions with typing and async patterns.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong Python engineering with typing and async.
• Experience grounding agents in structured business data and multi-agent coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Data, Backend, and Product.
• Startup mindset with proactive ownership and able to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex features and lead initiatives from design to production.
• Ground agents in structured data, manage multi-agent orchestration, context/memory, and tool use.
• Ensure production quality: evaluation, monitoring, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Backend, and ML researchers.
• Mentor juniors on Python engineering practices (typing, async, testing).
