Aily Labs SLU is building an AI-powered decision intelligence platform to help enterprises make faster, data-driven decisions. We’re seeking AI Engineers who can scale agentic systems in production, with a focus on latency, reliability and robust engineering practices.

Join our Agent Pillar team across Madrid, Barcelona, and Munich, in a hybrid work model, to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI applications that ground agents in business data and enable trusted decision making.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with enterprise-scale production systems
• Applicants must have legal right to work in Spain or Germany

Responsabilidades

• Own complex features and lead initiatives from design to implementation for production-grade Python.
• Ground agents in structured business data, multi-agent orchestration, context/memory, tool use.
• Focus on quality and performance: evaluation frameworks, monitoring, latency, reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Backend, and other teams on exchange protocols and architecture.
• Mentor juniors on Python practices: typing, async, testability; set ML standards.
• Communicate AI behind business outcomes to stakeholders.
