Ferragamo in Marbella (Puerto Banus) is seeking a Part‑Time Client Advisor to join our luxury store, reporting to Store Management. You will transform client experiences into magical moments and lead by example on the selling floor to drive sales with accountability.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Experience in luxury retail or a similar client‑facing role, plus using CRM tools to build meaningful client relationships, is required.

The part you’ll play

You will join us in our Puerto Banus as a Part-Time (20 hours/week) Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.

• Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long‑term bonds with them
• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client‑facing role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.

Compensation & Benefit

• Gross salary range: €22.000 - €24.000 for a full-time position. The actual salary will be prorated based on the 20-hour part‑time schedule.
