Majorica, a heritage luxury jewelry house, seeks a Client Advisor for a temporary pop-up in Barcelona. You will deliver an elevated client experience, share the brand story, and help reach sales targets while representing the brand with poise and knowledge.

Ideal candidates have premium retail experience, a passion for fashion and aesthetics, and fluency in Spanish and English to engage diverse clients in-store and during client follow-ups.

Formación

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong sensitivity towards fashion, jewelry or aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Client-centric mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Commercial awareness and proactive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, temporary retail environment.
• Team player with flexibility.

The Role

As Client Advisor in our Pop Up, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience and representing the Majorica brand during this temporary retail project.

You will combine a strong commercial mindset with personalized service, product knowledge and genuine connection with our clients.

You will contribute to achieving both individual and store sales objectives while helping create an elevated and engaging shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience.
• Build strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Communicate the story of the brand, our heritage and product universe with confidence and authenticity.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Develop client relationships through personalized follow-up and clienteling actions.
• Ensure product presentation, visual merchandising and store standards are maintained at all times.
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic Pop Up environment and changing client needs.
• Collaborate proactively with the team and support the overall performance of the space.
• Maintain a professional, polished and client-oriented presence at all times.

• Fluent Spanish and English required. Additional languages are a plus.
