Cartier boutique in Barcelona is seeking a Boutique Assistant on a 12-month temporary contract to join our world‑leading Maison in Jewelry and Watches. You will welcome clients, manage waiting times and support Sales Associates in daily boutique operations.

You will be fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong customer focus and a passion for luxury. The role offers exposure to a global, prestigious brand within Richemont Group.

Responsabilidades

• Floor management: welcome clients, manage waiting time, provide information, ensure boutique is well presented, manage floor supplies, onboard BA interns, monitor team performance.
• Sales support: assist in gift wrapping, discreetly support sales tasks, help with quick services and fragrance sales.
• Extra tasks: inform clients about local events, support CRM gifting strategy, assist in boutique activation campaigns.

Boutique Assistant – Temporary Contract (12 Months)

Our world-leading luxury Maison in Jewelry and Watches - Cartier is looking for a passionate and highly professional Boutique Assistant to join our boutique in Barcelona on a 12-month temporary contract.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming our clients, managing waiting time and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also support in assisting the Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Floor management:

• Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique
• Support in managing the waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique, and making sure the clients are being taken care of.
• Support in ensuring the Boutique’s environment is impeccable from the boutique’s set up and set down.
• Responsible in managing, ordering and daily replenishment of floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations
• Responsible for the onboarding of new BA interns
• Targeted on waiting time, welcoming and grooming of the team Barometer

Sales support:

• Assist the team throughout the sales managing gift wrapping, assisting discreetly with various tasks as needed.
• Assist the team with client services, such as executing quick services as needed (cordon change, shining etc.)
• Assist the team by selling fragrances

Extra tasks:

• Responsible for supporting SA to elevate their client experience by informing them about local events during daily briefs, proactively checking what client could be interested in.
• Contact with the CRM team to understand and support the team with their gifting strategy
• Support boutique activation campaign like Easter, Mother’s Day etc…

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You are fluent in Spanish and English, any other language is a plus.
• You have a strong customer focus and team spirit.
• You have a passion for our Maison and luxury.
