Job summary

InShared is seeking a resilient Claims Manager Spain to oversee claims handling in collaboration with our external partner DEKRA. You will ensure compliant, fair processing and build strong relationships with DEKRA in daily operations.

The role combines leadership, process optimization, and financial oversight across Spain and the Netherlands, with regular travel and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in claims handling in the Spanish insurance industry.
• Relevant insurance-related studies or training in motor insurance and/or P&C insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish law, especially in the insurance sector.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international context.
• Willingness to travel regularly between the Netherlands and Spain.
• Very good Spanish and English skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Now we are expanding internationally, using smart technology to make insurance services simple, fast and fair with the goal of building the best digital insurance product in the world.

We are seeking a resilient, self-starting and experienced Claims Manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing our claims handling across Spain.

As Claims Manager Spain at InShared, you will be part of a growing company with a start-up character and will play a central role in ensuring consistent claims handling between InShared Netherlands and Spain. As a key member of our Claims & Services management team, you will be responsible for the content management of Spanish claims handling, carried out by our external partner DEKRA. Your tasks will include:

What you bring

• At least 8 years of experience in claims handling in the Spanish insurance industry
