A-Z Yachting Ltd in Spain is seeking an experienced Captain to helm a 40m+ private/charter sailing yacht, with immediate start. Must hold Master 500, have proven Captain experience on sailing vessels, and show strong administration and accounting skills, plus leadership and a hands-on approach.

Fluency in English and non-smoker status are essential; B1 visa is preferred for non-EU applicants. The role is permanent, with joining in Spain and operations across the Caribbean and USA; salary is DOE

Captain - 40m+ Private/Charter S/Y.

We are currently seeking a Captain to join a 40m+ Private/Charter Sailing Yacht.

Start: ASAP

Location: Spain

Program: Joining in Spain then Caribbean and USA

Position Type: Permanent.

Requirements:

• Candidates are required to have Master 500 in hand.
• Experience as Captain on sailing vessels is essential.
• Strong with administration and accounts.
• Great leadership skills
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and hands on approach are of importance.
• Fluent in English
• Non-smoker
• B1 Visa is preferred.
• Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders.
