Job summary

Bespoke Crew is seeking a confident, personable Lead Service Stewardess to join the interior team of a 95m private/charter motor yacht in the Mediterranean. You will support the Head of Service, help lead the service team, and maintain exceptional guest service throughout busy charter periods.

The ideal candidate has several years of yacht service experience, some leadership or supervisory background, and a bubbly, warm, and calm personality.

LEAD SERVICE STEWARDESS – 95M PRIVATE/CHARTER MOTOR YACHT

Start: Mid-September – Early October

Bespoke Crew are seeking a confident, personable and experienced Lead Service Stewardess to join the interior team of a well-established 95m private/charter motor yacht.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Stewardess who is ready to take the next step in their career and take on additional responsibility within a strong and welcoming interior team.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Head of Service, helping to lead and organise the service team while maintaining an exceptional standard of guest service throughout the yacht.

THE ROLE

• Supporting the Head of Service with the day-to-day running of the service department.
• Helping to lead and organise the service team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Assisting with guest service, including formal and informal service as required.
• Maintaining consistently high service standards throughout busy charter periods.
• Working closely with the wider interior team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Taking responsibility for delegated service duties and supporting junior members of the team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone with a few years of strong yacht service experience, ideally with some leadership or supervisory experience. An experienced Service Stewardess who is ready to step up into a Lead role will also be considered.

Personality is particularly important for this position. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, warm, confident and approachable, with a positive attitude and plenty of personality to bring to the interior team.

You should be a genuinely kind and team-focused person who enjoys working collaboratively and is happy to support the Head of Service rather than stepping on toes. A strong eye for detail, excellent guest awareness and the ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods are essential.

English as a first language is preferred, but personality and team fit are the priority.
