Quay Group is seeking a Chief Stew for a 45m private yacht, based in the Mediterranean with wintering in Spain. You will oversee a small interior team and ensure exceptional service on board.

Start ASAP, 60 days leave per year, and a monthly compensation of €6,000 are offered. The role suits someone with previous Chief Stew experience, a positive team spirit, and willingness to muck in as needed.

Location: Med - Spain based over winter

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Private yacht with consistent use over the summer months. The owners also have a villa in the SOF so a lot of the time, they are based locally doing short trips
• This has been the first season on board with the owners so it has been a learning curve however, there are now great preference sheets etc
• Running an interior team of 3, you will need to hire your 2nd Stew ahead of next summer. Crew of 9, with a chase boat, taking the crew numbers up to 11
• Owners love their food but aren't big drinkers so wine knowledge etc isn't essential
• Excellent Chef on board and crew food is consistently good, even when guest on
• Winter will be quiet with usual hours being Monday - Friday, 9-5 type thing

Role Requirements
